Why "Chronos" Ministries?

In 1 Thessalonians 4:16-18, the Apostle Paul explained how Jesus will come a second time to take those who believe in Him back to Heaven. Next, he wrote, "But concerning the chronos and kairos (Greek for "times" and "seasons"), brethren, you have no need that I should write to you, for you know all about the coming Day of the Lord."
But how do the "times and seasons" relate to the coming of the Lord? Well, by the "chronos-times," Paul meant the predetermined length of time between Christ's first and second coming. By the "kairos-seasons," he referred to the signs leading up to the Lord's return. Since many believers are familiar with the kairos-signs, but not the chronos-times, we chose to call ourselves Chronos Ministries, to emphasize our role in clarifying the issue and restoring the balance.
